All structural and pre-raft inspections have been successfully completed and formally approved. With reinforcement, formwork, and waterproofing inspections cleared, the project is fully prepared for raft casting. Raft casting has since commenced as of February 20 — a dedicated video update on that milestone will follow.

During the rain period the Zenith site had little to no rain and water proofing had already been completed.
