Structural Inspections Approved

All structural and pre-raft inspections for ZENITH have been successfully completed and formally approved.

This milestone confirms that reinforcement placement, formwork installation, embedded services coordination, and waterproofing systems have met all engineering specifications and consultant requirements. Each element underwent detailed review and verification to ensure full compliance with structural drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols.

With inspection clearances now in place, the project has officially transitioned into the next structural phase. The substructure preparation works are fully validated, establishing the foundation for the building’s primary load-bearing raft.

As of February 20, raft casting has commenced marking a significant step forward in the construction timeline. A dedicated update outlining the raft casting progress will follow.

ZENITH continues to progress in accordance with planned milestones, reflecting disciplined execution and engineering precision at every stage.
